Support Tickets

Last week we released a number of knowledge bases to help support our Administrators, Mentors, and especially our Job Seekers. This week we’re building on our support system by providing all users with the ability to submit tickets to us.

We suggest looking through the knowledge base first as your question may already be asked and answered. If not, our ticket system can be accessed the same way you would access the knowledge base (through the icon on the bottom right of the portal).

Provide as much information as you can regarding the question or issue and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Knowledge Base

Whether you’re an Administrator, Mentor, or Job Seeker, you may have questions about an issue you’re having or are curious about what Job Interview Simulations is.

We also understand that these issues or questions may not be the same for everyone which is why we created not just one, but three knowledge bases, one each for Administrators, Mentors, and Job Seekers.

These knowledge bases have been specifically curated with common questions, answers, and information, and are accessible starting today. Users will find a new icon on the bottom right of their portal after logging in which, on clicking, will show the proper knowledge base.

The knowledge base will present the user with articles it thinks are relevant and may be helpful. To view all the articles, select and click the title for any article.

We are constantly updating and adding articles we think are helpful. If you think we missed something, please let us know here.

Revision of Industry Names and Reorganization of Jobs

Last week we finished adding our last set of interviews to the Accounting and Finance industry.

This week we focused on improvements such as moving existing interview scenarios to better suited industries and revising industry names to better represent the jobs that are within them.

Revised Industry Names

"Sports and Recreation" has been changed to "Sports and Wellness" where "Trades and Services" has been changed to "Skilled Trades". The change to "Skilled Trades" also saw removal of non-regulated jobs which are now in the "General Services" industry.

New Industry

As mentioned, a "General Services" industry has been created which will consist of jobs that are focused around entry-level and non-regulated positions.

Removed Industries

Two industries, "Agriculture" and "Construction", have been removed and their jobs have been moved to the "Farming, Animals, and Conservation" and "Skilled Trades" industries respectively.
